ColdFusion vaults on the Tiobe index

The Tiobe index isn't the most accurate way to judge a programming language's place in the market, but it's an interesting way to eyeball community interest. ColdFusion went from #26 to #13 in the past year! (Java = #1, C = #2, C# = #7, VB.NET = #20, Ruby = passing fad (sorry, I had to, it's probably not, but I thought it'd make someone chuckle))
